McKinley House Prime is a 1,190 sq. ft. three-bedroom, two bath house with an attached garage located in a quiet, friendly, and safe neighborhood just minutes from I-40, and I-27 and downtown Amarillo. We know it's expensive to travel, so we've done our part to keep costs low for you. We don't charge a deposit or cleaning fee because we trust you will take care of our house.

Coming to Amarillo? We've got everything you need and more to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Come relax on the patio next to the cozy fire pit while sipping on your favorite drink. Feel free to jump in the pool on that hot summer day surrounded by large privacy fencing. Into cooking? Craft up a up a gourmet meal in our fully stocked kitchen or simply crawl into your king-sized bed and stream your favorite movie. Whatever you're here for, McKinley House Prime is sure to meet your needs!

Why pay for what you don't need?

Our pricing is based on the number of guests staying, so whether it's just you, or a bunch of you, we have you covered without breaking the bank. McKinley House Prime sleeps up to eight guests comfortably, with two in the King Suite, two in the Queen Room and four in the Double Room.

Pet parent?

No problem, we are too! Up to two pets (dogs or cats) less than 50 lbs. are welcome.   Our Pet Policy is available to view at House Rules

  • The pet fee is $25.00 per stay.

Book Direct

When you use a booking platform you are paying a service fee in addition to the cost of the accommodation and taxes. These fees range from 15-32%. Our guests pay an average of 18% when using popular booking platforms.

By booking directly, you pay a fee of 8%, saving you an average of 10%

Stay 3 Times

Enjoy an average 13% savings when you book direct with us. Plus, after your third stay, you'll unlock an extra 10% discount off the nightly rate on all future direct bookings, as long as you maintain your 5-star rating. This exclusive benefit is yours until you elevate to the next tier.

Stay 6 Times

Once you've completed your sixth stay, enjoy an upgraded discount of 15% off the nightly rate, in addition to the average 13% savings for booking direct. This exclusive offer applies to all future direct bookings, as long as you maintain your 5-star rating, until you reach the next tier.

Stay 12 Times

Once you've completed your twelfth stay, you'll unlock an exclusive 20% discount off the nightly rate for all future direct bookings—on top of the 13% savings you already enjoy for booking direct. Just maintain your 5-star rating to keep the perks coming!

Guests must book directly through our booking platform using a code authorized by us to redeem any discount. Guests must maintain a 5-star rating from us after each stay in order to be eligible for discounts. Guests receive a 5-star review when 1) the property is left clean and in orderly condition; 2) the guest has followed the House Rules during their stay; and 3) the guest follows the check-out process. If a guest does not receive a 5-star review, they are removed from eligibility but may restart the program on their next stay. We reserve the right to unilaterally change the Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Program, including suspending or canceling any or all parts of the Program at any time. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website.
